As part of our international expansion, we are establishing oligonucleotides synthesis capabilities in San Diego, USA, capitalizing on our proven nucleoside and nucleotide expertise.

Situated within the General Atomics Campus in La Jolla’s Life Sciences hub, our state-of-the-art laboratory is equipped with the following advanced synthesis, analytical, and purification infrastructure to deliver quality custom oligonucleotides in due course:

• Automated Synthesis
  • Mermade 192X, M48X, and M12 synthesizers for deliveries ranging from µg to g scales
  • Support for custom nucleotide incorporation and solid support functionalization
• Analytical & Purification
  • Waters Acquity Mass Spectrometry for oligo identification, property confirmation, and accurate mass determination
  • Akta Pure & Avant FPLC Systems for purification workflows

This lab will also draw support from our existing capabilities in the synthesis of:

• Nucleotides, nucleosides, and novel nucleobases from mg to g scale
• Modified nucleobases, sugar core, and phosphate backbones
• Novel amidites and linkers
• PSI & PI reagents
• Capping reagents and
• GalNAc molecules
