At Chemveda Life Sciences, we are committed to being a leading global service provider in research and development for the pharmaceutical, biotech, agrochemical, and veterinary sectors. This is achieved through the effective implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring unsurpassed customer satisfaction while adhering to global quality standards and statutory requirements.

Our Commitment to Quality
We believe that “Quality in a product or service is not what we put into it, but what the client or customer receives from it.” This philosophy underscores our dedication to delivering On Time In Full (OTIF) and maintaining the highest standards of quality at every step. Quality is embedded in Chemveda’s DNA, and our Quality Management System operates as an independent function, ensuring unbiased decision-making and preventing conflicts of interest.

The QMS Framework
Our QMS is a formalized system consisting of both Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) components. It documents processes, procedures, and responsibilities necessary to achieve our quality policies and objectives. As we operate within a global regulatory framework, these standards are powerful tools for managing compliance, meeting customer requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
Chemveda’s QMS is ISO 9001:2015 certified, providing a customer-centric approach backed by strong leadership and highly qualified teams. The QMS also supports continual improvement initiatives, adding value to our clients’ R&D efforts and helping all stakeholders stay aligned. Our system enables evidence-based decision-making by providing traceable data and parameters for all critical processes.

Management Review and Continuous Improvement
Our committed leadership team, along with key representatives, conducts Management Review Meetings (MRMs) every four months to ensure that all operations and deliveries align with our quality policies and guidelines.
